1.) FIELD INSPECTIONS The members of the ALCATRAZ Operations Group and the designated Field Inspectors shall routinely conduct day and night field inspections for the purpose of checking both the appearance and disposition of the security personnel on duty, as well as the status of all the equipment, paraphernalia and records.
2.) POST INSPECTIONS Supervisory personnel shall be tasked to perform regular inspections of every security guard on duty. The purpose of which may include checking on the security guards’ appearance, disposition, level of performance, compliance to instructions, implementation of client’s policies, as well as the status of the equipment issued.
