2.) INVESTIGATION – Equipped with skilled investigation team, ALCATRAZ
experienced group of analysts shall ensure its clients of quick response and unbiased investigation results on incidents out of the ordinary job performance.
3.) INSPECTION – Competent field officers shall conduct day and night
inspections including on the spot and surprise visits of every client’s Security Detachment to maintain closer supervision of our security personnel and to monitor security situations in the area/locality.
4.) PHYSICAL SECURITY SURVEY/ASSESMENT – ALCATRAZ shall conduct a quarterly physical security survey of all the guarding areas/clients and shall design a comprehensive security procedure/set-up in accordance with the security requirements/dynamics of each clientele.
5.) IN-SERVICE TRAININGS/SEMINARS – the management builds strong
coordination/partnership with its clients’ employees and ALCATRAZ guards on security matters as the needs arise, such as:

6.) BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION – competent personnel from ALCATRAZ shall conduct BI to any person as requested by our client as part of extending assistance to them.
7.) QUICK RESPONSE DESK – A Duty Officer man the telephones and radio network of our company and readily respond to emergency and urgent situations concerning our clients.
8.) INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION AND MILITARY/POLICE
